Our Story

Unity For Autism began with a simple belief:

No family should have to feel alone.

Our organization was created to bring people together, create understanding around autism, and build a community where autistic individuals and their families feel supported and connected.

We are a small and growing nonprofit. Rather than trying to provide every service ourselves, we focus on what we can do best — create awareness, bring people together, raise support, and help direct that support to organizations already doing important hands-on work in the autism community.

We are especially passionate about supporting communities where resources are limited and families face additional challenges in accessing autism-related care, education, services, and opportunities.

Our connection to Nepal is an important part of our story. Through our fundraising efforts, we support organizations serving autistic individuals and their families, particularly in communities where additional support can make a meaningful difference.

We don’t have to be a large organization to make a difference.

Sometimes, making a difference simply begins with seeing where the need is greatest — and coming together to help.
